PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

RESERVATIONS
 

  • A minimum of night stays may be required on specific periods

 

REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • In case of cancellation, a refund of 50% of the deposit is applicable if the cancellation occurs 31 days or more before your arrival date. No refund is made if the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before your arrival date.

  • A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. If you want to make a date change, this is allowed with a charge of 10% of the total of your reservation if it is notified to us 7 days or more in advance to your arrival date. If you want to make a change of dates with less than 7 days in advance to your arrival date, it is considered as cancellation and there will be no refund of the deposit under any circumstances unrelated to the company (weather events, illness, personal reasons, etc). Booking rescheduling is subject to availability and fare changes.

Damages and unforeseen

You will be responsible for any damage caused to the rental property by you or any of your companions during your stay.

We have limited Pet Friendly categories. If you would like to bring your pet, please contact the team to verify that the unit you reserved is PetFriendly, if it is not, we will verify if it is possible to change the unit. (Changes subject to availability)

We welcome dogs and cats within the facilities, respecting the regulations of our community:
 
Use of collar with identification plate and leash in common areas.
Owners responsible for cleaning up waste.
Have a pet carrier or bed for your pet to use inside your unit.
For general hygiene, certain areas will be limited (pool, palapa, restaurant, meeting room, kitchen and community grills)
Comply with the security deposit at the time of check in $1,500 - $2,000 (Depends on the category you reserve). A voucher will be opened at the time of check in and an inspection will be carried out at check out.
If the pets dirty, damage or create excessive disorder in the room, a percentage of the deposit equivalent to the damage caused will be taken.
