Cancellation Policies

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
In case of cancellation, a refund of 50% of the deposit is applicable if the cancellation occurs 31 days or more before your arrival date. No refund is made if the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before your arrival date.
 
RESERVATION RESCHEDULING
A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. If you want to make a date change, this is allowed with a charge of 10% of the total of your reservation if it is notified to us 7 days or more in advance to your arrival date. If you want to make a change of dates with less than 7 days in advance to your arrival date, it is considered as cancellation and there will be no refund of the deposit under any circumstances unrelated to the company (weather events, illness, personal reasons, etc). Booking rescheduling is subject to availability and fare changes.
