The Trip Planner is designed to help you through the four easy steps for registration. It contains well-labeled information and forms for registration and payment. Follow the steps as outlined.
The Trip Planner can also be found in the main menu.
Step 1: Click here to make reservations for your course. Please include:
· Trip name
· Start date
· Let us know if you need to be picked up at the airport?
· We request you arrive 1 day before your course start date.
Step 2: Payment, we require a 50% deposit at least 30 days before the trip start date to reserve your place. The balance is due by the day you arrive. We accept credit cards, check or money order. You will receive a electronic bill via email when your reservations are confirmed. (step 4)
Step 3: Download and print your trip paper work including information on: our refund policy, travelers insurance, travel tips, accommodations, equipment list, and physical fitness, and medical form. Read over and fill out these forms and bring them with you to Mexico. Remember these forms contain useful information concerning you trip, so please read over them carefully.
Step 4: We will quickly confirm your enrollment through email and send you specific information about your course.
