The second pitch of Treasures of the Sierra Madre ascends a crack and hueco system at 5.10a
These secure blocks are after the crux 5.10b roof pitch. This, the seventh, pitch, starts to lessen in angle, but still offers a couple tricky buldge moves. Yawa here never lost sight of her feet.
All that work was worth the lunch we had on top. There is a perfect ledge on top of this route. It maybe one of the best summits in E.P.C.
This climb can be a nice all day afair or a quick morning warmup depending on you party's speed and strength.
