Intermediate Level Course

One Day Course

If you tie into a rope you should know the skills taught in this course. It focuses on self rescue in the single pitch environment. The course emphasizes reducing the risks in the first place, teaching new, clever systems and tricks to stay safe and reduce the chance of ever having to use the rescue skills you will learn on the course.

We have distilled the information taught on previous courses, and looked in to more realistic situations for self rescue. We will teach you the best, most efficient systems and won't overwhelm you with over complicated useless systems. All these skills are useful in everyday climbing and its amazing how much speed and efficiency is gained from having these skills dialed. Self rescue is a topic that all climbers should be skilled in for themselves and the people they climb with.
