| This course offers a great opportunity for established climbers to really learn the ropes from a certified guide and experienced climber. If you feel like your climbing has been stuck at one level for too long; this is the course for you. If you feel like the people who taught you how to climb weren't really sure about it themselves; this course is for you. If you really want to get the most out of your trip here, spend more time sending, and less time wandering around looking routes; then this course is for you. |

Movements such as heel hooking, drop knees, knee bars, and bat hangs
Mechanics such as low elbows, tight hips, and the twist reach
Technical skills such as dynamic belays, how and when to use ground anchors, how to read the topo and the cliff, and fast safe ways to clean anchors

- Climb 5.9 on top rope
- Have some lead experience
