One-Day Intermediate Climbing Course
This is a great course for the intermediate climber or gym climber ready to take it to the next level. Be ready to learn and experience the latest techniques in rock climbing. The curriculum covers safety, advanced knots, building sport anchors, evaluating bolts, cleaning anchors, rappelling, and advanced climbing movement/technique. These skills are essential in any competent and reliable climbing partner.
Required Skills:
· Belay skills: Climber should be able to safely and effectively belay.
· Knots: Climber should be able to confidently tie the figure eight and overhand knots.
· Coils: Climber should be able to coil a rope into a Butterfly Coil.

Two-Day Intermediate Climbing Course
This course includes all the skills covered in the one-day version. In addition, the second day of this course allows you to practice the skills learned on the first day, while exploring the range of climbs in the Potrero. This is an excellent course for the climber who wants to both learn new skills and practice his/her climbing with additional instructor coaching. This course provides plenty of opportunities to climb at or above your level while our instructors ensure safe climbing practices.

Four-Day Intermediate/Advanced Climbing Combo
Ready to be a leader not a follower? This four-day intensive course will show you everything you need to know to handle the sharp end of the rope. Days one and two will cover safety, advanced knots, building sport anchors, evaluating bolts, cleaning the anchor, rappelling and advanced movement on rock. Days three and four will start with a demonstration and instruction on lead climbing theory. You will then practice leading while on a top-rope set up. This mock-leading system allows you to make mistakes without the danger of falling. If you and your instructors decide you are ready, the course may finish with your first lead-climb.
